Lavender Blueberry Cherry Crème Glacée
I've been craving Lavender everything lately! Maybe it's all the talk about traveling to France that provoked my taste buds.Since it's been extremely hot and humid I decided to make some homemade ice cream to cool off. This was the perfect opportunity to use some Lavender Tea buds I was given recently and add more decadence to this ice cream.
Lavender isn't just famous for the warm scent produced by its blue flowers it has various health benefits like:
aiding in digestion
headache relief
insomnia relief
helps calm nervousness and tiredness
This recipe is so simple and quick you will be enjoying it all summer long. First make a preserve with the berries and then the base for ice cream and mix it all together. Et voilà!
