Winter LOVE Smoothie

The perfect green smoothie to start another snowy winters day and give you a burst of  liquid sunshine! Calcium and fiber rich this green smoothie packs a nutritional punch and will make you feel happier and elevate your mood while providing you with high protein with  the added hemp seeds.

Hemp seeds are an amazing, flavorless substitute for protein powder. For those with high protein needs who depend on powders, hemp seeds might prove to be an incredible alternative. Hemp is composed of 10 essential amino acids in nutritionally significant amounts, making it a complete protein. This protein has a similiar cellular structure to proteins manufactured in human blood, making it easily digestible  One tablespoon of seeds has ~5 grams of protein as well as tons of omegas, Iron,  Zinc and Magnesium.

Think GREEN for REJUVENATION, HIGHER VIBRATION and to stimulate the HEART CHAKRA. Feeling low on vital energy? Are you stressed? Overworked? Experiencing adrenal fatigue? Then green is the color for you! Throw your favorite organic greens in to a juicer or blender and melt away all the stress due to the live enzymes, oxygen and chlorophyll in the wheatgrass. It makes for a great skin and body tonic and cleanser. The freeze dried wheat grass is perfect in this blend. I know for many, myself included it's hard to get excited about this as it can make you gag. I promise you won't taste it.

The heart chakra is located at the center of the chest and is associated with love and understanding, limitless compassion and empathy. Characteristics of an unbalanced heart chakra makes one manifest things like hatred, despair, fear, jealousy, anger, revenge and lack of empathy.

Give yourself some winter love today. Bottoms up!
