Mint Chocolate Chip Kale Smoothie
Great protein shake to power you through your day or for a great post workout drink!!
(Serving for 2)
Ingredients:
1½ cups bottled spring water
6 tablespoons raw organic cashews
2 tablespoons organic coconut oil
2 tablespoons organic coconut milk
a sprig or two of fresh organic mint leaves
4 large organic kale leaves
2 large frozen/regular organic bananas
1 tablespoon organic cacao nibs
1 scoop organic vanilla protein powder
Directions:
Place the water, cashews, coconut oil, protein powder, coconut milk and mint in a high speed blender. Blend until very smooth. Add the kale and blend again. Add the bananas and blend until smooth & frosty. Lastly, add the cacao nibs and blend gently just to combine.
